BÓKADAGAR: An adventure film for children

Lisa has recently moved and started at a completely new school. She needs time to settle in, but one day she accidentally comes across a handbook for superheroes, and everything changes. Lisa becomes a superhero.
As part of the visit by authors Elias and Agnes Våhlund to the literature festival Bókadagar, where they will talk about their popular book series Handbook for Superheroes, we will be screening the film of the same name, which premiered in 2026.
One of Lisa’s first missions as a superhero is to stop the theft of an extremely rare coin. But when the villain Wolfgang kidnaps the mayor, the challenge becomes much more serious.
What will she come up with to prevent the city from being destroyed?
Tickets: All events at Bókadagar are generally free of charge, but a ticket must be purchased for this film to guarantee a seat.
Please note: The film contains some intense scenes and may therefore be frightening for children under the age of 7.
