Drop-in Dance Workshops and Talks

MULTICULTURAL WEEK 2026

This year, the Nordic House is hosting a major Multicultural Day featuring dance, talks and performances.
Look forward to trying yoga, Indian dance, bachata and zumba at a series of workshops throughout the day. You don’t need any prior dance experience, and you don’t need a dance partner either. You can take part in all the workshops without registering in advance.
Come as you are and dance with us!
For the first time, two people who have moved to the Faroe Islands will also share their experiences of life here. To round off the day, we invite you to Boreali Land, a dance performance by Anna Borràs Company. After the performance, Anna will talk about her creative work, and participants will have the opportunity to try their hand at contemporary dance. Click here for more information.
You can also visit the photography exhibition Áarmót in the dance studio. Click here for more information.
