A family-friendly playground in Hvalba, perfect for playtime and picnics

The playground in Hvalba is a lovely place for families to stop and spend some time together. Located next to the campsite and public toilets, it also has picnic tables where you can enjoy a packed lunch outdoors.

Just above the playground, near the public toilets, you will find a gate marked “Heygsgøta”. Beyond the gate, a walking path leads to the beautiful Lake Heygsvatn, making it easy to combine a visit to the playground with a scenic walk.
