Designated Campsites Only: Camping is only permitted at designated campsites in the Faroe Islands, including Suðuroy. There are no public wilderness areas or common lands where wild camping is allowed.
Restrictions on Overnight Parking: It is not permitted to spend the night in camping cars or tents along roadsides, at rest stops, laybys, or viewing areas.
