Sauna Gus in the Faroe Islands’ only sweat lodge, guided by a sauna master.

We begin each Sauna Gus session with a short breathing exercise to create a sense of calm and presence.

Our sauna master then guides you through three sauna rounds, where heat, cold, aromatic essential oils and atmospheric music combine to create a unique experience for both body and mind.

Between the rounds, you can cool down in the sea or in our cold-water tubs while enjoying the beautiful surroundings by the sea and the mountains of Kollafjørður.

In our relaxation room, we offer water, tea, breadsticks and other refreshments.
